Job Summary:
We’re looking for experienced Telemedicine Nurse Practitioners and Physicians, licensed and credentialed with Texas Medicaid Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), including Amerigroup Texas, Molina Healthcare of Texas, Driscoll Health Plan, Community First Health Plans, Community Health Choice, Superior HealthPlan, and Aetna Better Health of Texas. This position involves conducting virtual visits, diagnosing, and managing a variety of conditions to provide comprehensive, quality care. This role requires an understanding of Medicaid processes, patient-centered care, and strong telemedicine skills.

Responsibilities:
- Perform virtual patient consultations to assess, diagnose, and treat both acute and chronic conditions.
- Provide primary and specialty care services to patients, focusing on compliance with MCO Medicaid guidelines.
- Develop, implement, and adjust patient care plans as needed, including prescribing medications.
- Educate patients on managing conditions and preventive health practices.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in our secure telemedicine platform.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare providers as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to MCO policies and Medicaid protocols.
- For Nurse Practitioner:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Texas.
- Board certification in Family or Adult-Gerontology care preferred.
- Credentialed with Texas MCO Medicaid plans (Amerigroup Texas, Molina Healthcare, Driscoll Health Plan, Community First Health Plans, Community Health Choice, Superior HealthPlan, Aetna Better Health of Texas).
- For Physician:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with an active Texas medical license.
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or relevant specialty.
- Credentialed with Texas MCO Medicaid plans as listed above.
- Proficient in telemedicine platforms and electronic health records.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in clinical practice, preferably with Medicaid patients.
- Strong patient communication skills and a commitment to virtual care excellence
